Devine Law Associates, P.C., located in Drexel Hill, PA, represents individual and commercial clients in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property-land and the structures attached to it - including the purchase and sale, construction, mortgages and foreclosures, leases, zoning, title examinations, quiet title actions, closings, and management. We represent buyers and sellers from Agreement of Sale through Settlement. We are also qualified to act as approved attorneys for various title insurance underwriters.

Our title agents provide statewide county coverage throughout Pennsylvania as well as Delaware. We regularly close and disburse refinance transactions on properties located both in Pennsylvania and Delaware. In addition, our office performs generally all aspects of real estate purchases in counties local to our office. A large division of our real estate purchases involved new construction loans at a Planned Unit Development in Collegeville, PA, which currently contains over four hundred homes, yet we also assist private individuals who contact our office personally to serve them in both the purchasing of homes and refinancing loans.

Our services in the closings generally include explanation of the loan documents, preparation of the HUD-1 statement, obtaining of tax, sewer, water, use and occupancy certifications, obtaining mortgage payoffs, disbursement, document preparation and recording, deed registration, and acting as notary public. We are willing to close transactions at a location convenient to the customer. Including meeting them in their homes if permitted by the lender. Furthermore, we also perform all necessary services as an intermediary in Section 1031 tax-free exchanges.
